If a client books a reoccurring meeting that spans either daylight time or standard time by using a Brussels, Belgium time zone, the List.asp display may be incorrect by an hour.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3.
This is a partial fix. When the server and the clients (Microsoft Outlook) are in the same time zone, Exchange 2000 displays the correct time in the List.asp display. A problem may still occur if the clients and the servers are in different time zones. The client uses its own time zone to schedule a meeting. However, the server has its own time zone, and the server converts the time from universal time to store the meeting on the server. With this partial fix, when Outlook requests the meeting, the meeting is converted to the correct time zone. However, Web Scheduler still displays the meeting incorrectly by one hour in standard time.
