Lync for Mac 2011 receives "You missed a call" message instead of "Your call was not answered"

Symptoms
Assume that user A calls user B in Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 by clicking the Call button in the instant messaging (IM) window, and user B is on a Windows client. In this situation, if user B doesn't answer the call or declines the call, or user A drops the call, user A receives the following message in the IM window:

You missed a call from<User A>.
Actually, user A should receive the following message:

Your call was not answered.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the update for Lync for Mac 2011 14.4.1.
