Summary
After applying Update 3 to any edition of Visual Studio 2015, or installing Team Foundation Server Office Integration 2015 Update 3, you may have problems connecting from Excel or Project to Team Foundation Server 2010 or Team Foundation Server 2012 servers.
Resolution
A fix has been published in the Team Foundation Server Office Integration package. You can install the Office Integration 2015 Update 3.1 ISO or Web Installer on your system to fix your Visual Studio install and Office Integration packages.
