"System Message 3011: is not in balance and not posted" caused by GL Rounding issue when you post an Expense report
Consider the following scenario in Web Apps in Microsoft Dynamics SL:
- In Project Controller Setup (PA.SET.00), enable "Activate Foreign Currency Billing and Multi Currency Expense Entry"
- In Web Apps, open Project>Expense Entry (MD.TMT.EE)
- Enter an expense report in a foreign currency. Set the report to completed and Save
- Approve the expense report.
- Open Post Transactions (01.520.00) and you receive this error when you try to post this batch.
System Message 3011: is not in balance and not posted.
