FIX: FileTable directory stops responding when you create multiple files concurrently in SQL Server 2014 or 2016

When you concurrently create multiple files in a FileTable directory in an instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or 2016, a deadlock may occur internally in the SQL Server Engine and all the subsequent requests to FileTable directories may not be responded.

This issue was fixed in the SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 (SP1). See the SQL Server 2016 build versions.
