When too much Event Log replication occurs, the Cluster log may fill up with informational entries that are similar to the following entries:
000007a0.00001674::YYYY/MM/DD-HH:MM:SS.SSS [EVT] s_ApiEvPropEvents: Called EvpPropPendingEvents...When this occurs, the Cluster log may wrap quickly, and previous log information may be overwritten.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
When these entries are made to the Cluster.log file, the corresponding System event log entry is also made:
