You can gain access to these tools by using Microsoft Project Web Access. These tools are designed to permit you to do the following:
Simplify the day-to-day tasks involved in managing the operations of the server
Take advantage of security features from Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Windows XP-based servers
Maintain the Microsoft Project Central security features
