Content with "Content-Encoding: gzip" Is Always Cached Although You Use "Cache-Control: no-cache"

When you use the "Content-Encoding: gzip" HTTP header, the "Cache-Control: no-cache" header may not work on Internet Explorer version 5.5 Service Pack 2 (SP2) and 6.
