This article tells you how to use the Clip Gallery with Microsoft Office XP.
In Office XP, you use the Clip Organizer to insert images into Office documents. Earlier versions of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Home Publishing Suite 2000 use the Clip Gallery. With the Clip Gallery, you can use keywords to access clip art on your computer and the clip art that is included on the Home Publishing Suite CD.
To use the Clip Gallery with Office XP, follow these steps.
NOTE: The Clip Gallery must be installed on your computer to use this procedure. If the Clip Gallery is not installed, it does not appear in the list of object types in step 4.
Open the Office document where you want to insert the clip art.
Click where you want to insert the clip art.
On the Insert menu, click Object.
In the Object type list, click Microsoft Clip Gallery, and then click OK.
The Microsoft Clip Gallery appears.
