You Receive Multiple Security Alert Messages About Redirection to a Nonsecure Site

Symptoms
You may receive three or more of the following security warnings:
Security Alert: You are about to be redirected toa connection that is not secure. The information you are sending to thecurrent site might be retransmitted to a nonsecure site. Do you wish tocontinue?
You may receive this security warning under the following conditions:
  • You are using a third-party Web-based program for security and single sign-on to your Intranet for your Web-based programs.
  • You are using Internet Explorer to view your Web-based programs.
Resolution

Internet Explorer 6

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
