When you you are using the T-Online 'T-Online' version 4.1 e-mail program, you may receive the following error message:
T-Online has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the Click Here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information similar to the following:

This issue may occur if the T-Online e-mail program version 4.1 by T-Online is installed. There is a known compatibility issue between this program and the Microsoft software that is listed at the beginning of this article.
