When you print Calendar information to a Xerox printer, Outlook may stop unexpectedly and you may receive the following error message:
There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup, double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel.
This problem occurs because Outlook has an extra handle open to a Device Context that it does not require. This extra handle blocks the Xerox printer driver from making calls that are required. The hotfix that is described in this article removes the extra handle.
