A MAPI thread that is waiting for a new mail notification (User Datagram Protocol [UDP] packets) quits. After this problem occurs, the program does not receive notifications.
This problem occurs because the new mail thread is listening for a termination event on another UDP port. If a packet is received on this UDP port, the new mail notification thread quits and the program does not receive a new mail notification. You must restart the client for the new mail notification to work.
