To-do lists are collections of tasks that you can track and manage entirely within Project Web Access. To-do lists are available to all users. Unlike projects, to-do lists do not support scheduling (including dependencies, outlines, and calendars) and tasks can only be tracked by using percent complete. To-do list tasks can have start dates, finish dates, and resource assignments, but the time resources spend on these tasks is not accounted for in schedules published to the Project Server database. To-do lists are designed to be a simple and flexible way for Project Web Access users to track and manage small amounts of work that do not need to be tracked in project schedules.
