SUMMARY
In most cases the Publisher for Windows automatic text-wrap feature willprevent text from overlapping. It is possible to create the effect ofoverlapped or superimposed text; however, to do so, the text must bein separate text frames.

Place one text frame on the background page and one on the foregroundpage. Format the foreground text frame as transparent and line it upas desired over the text frame in the background. This will avoidPublisher's automatic text-wrap feature.

NOTE: Whatever is on the background page will appear on every page unlessyou choose Ignore Background from the Page menu on the pages where you donot want those elements to appear. Also, everything (not just select items)on the background page will be ignored on that page.
