When you repeatedly load and unload a form or UserControl that hosts a ToolBar control, and the ToolBar control has one or more buttons, a memory leak occurs. The leak appears as a continual increase in Mem Usage size in Task Manager, or as an increase in Private Bytes in Performance Monitor each time that you load or unload the form or UserControl.
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
