Hotfix 329048 Causes a Zipped File Not to Be Shown If the Name Contains a Comma

After you apply the hotfix that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 329048, the contents of Zip files may not be shown. This problem occurs if you create a file whose name contains a comma or a semicolon, and you then compress the file to a Zip file. When you view the contents of the Zip file, no file is shown.
