BUG #: 364150 (SHILOH_BUGS)
If all of the following are true, a Data Transformation Services (DTS) package may incorrectly report that it ran successfully:
It uses an Execute SQL task.
It uses Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server for making a connection to the data source.
It uses global variables.
The Execute SQL task invokes a stored procedure or a batch that uses a RAISERROR statement to raise user-defined errors.
The package ignores the errors initiated by the RAISERROR statement. Therefore, it incorrectly reports a success when it should report a failure, with the appropriate user-defined error message.
