1635 This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.
A Windows Installer patch is also known as an .msp file.
This problem may occur if all the following conditions are true:
You are using roaming profiles.
More than one patch has been applied to a product.
Each patch is in a different network path.
