In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, if you print a message from the Message pane, you cannot change the printer driver from the default printer. This behavior occurs when you print by clicking Print on the File menu.
This behavior occurs when the message that you are printing uses HTML formatting. In the Message pane, if you select an e-mail message that does not use HTML formatting, you can change the printer driver to a different printer driver.
To work around this behavior, follow these steps:
On the File menu, click Print.
Under Print Style, click Table Style.
Change the printer driver to a different printer than the one currently selected.
Under Print Style, click Memo Style.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
