When you insert a new page in a Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 area (when you click New Page on the Insert menu, or you click the New Page tab), the page is inserted as a blank page instead of as a new page with the same stationery as the last page in the section.
This problem occurs because, by default, the Create new pages using the stationery of the last page in the section option is turned off.
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1.
