When a new user logs on to a Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDav)-enabled Windows XP computer that contains a
or a
registry entry that accesses a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) share, the Internet Explorer proxy settings are blank and the new user cannot access the Internet.
