This issue has been identified to occur more frequently on certain ICH5 based systems after installing the USB 2.0 update package. Although the files that are provided in this hotfix are identical to those in the USB 2.0 update, the only driver that has changed to resolve this issue was USBPORT.SYS. The other drivers were included to make this hotfix a complete package and contain all the fixes that the update package resolves.
