BUG #: 4165 (SSCE)
When you create many SqlCeDataReader objects on a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Windows CE Edition (SQL Server CE) connection in a Microsoft .NET Compact Framework application, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
This error message indicates that an out-of-memory condition occurred on the handheld device. This problem may occur even if sufficient free physical memory is available in the handheld device.
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
Note Because of file dependencies, the most recent hotfix or feature that contains these files may also contain additional files.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
The hotfix that is provided in this article may only work if all the SqlCeDataReader objects are on the same open SQL Server CE connection.
