When you try to start Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003, you may receive one or both of the following error messages:
Runtime error 440. Automation error
FPECOM Runtime error 5. Invalid procedure call or argument.
This behavior may occur if the following conditions are true:
The Microsoft bCentral Commerce Manager Add-in for FrontPage 2003 is installed on your computer.
The entry for the add-in in the Microsoft Windows registry is damaged.
Warning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. To resolve this issue, delete the bCentral Commerce Manager Add-in registry entry and remove the add-in from your computer. To do this, follow these steps in the order that they appear.
