Vertical scroll bar not visible when you add columns to a view in the Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.0 Sales for Outlook client

When you add columns to your custom view created in the Microsoft CRM version 1.0 Sales for Outlook, you might come to a point where you have added too many columns. In this condition, you cannot view the last record and the vertical scroll bar will disappear from the view.
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply the hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this problem. This problem has been fixed in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.2.

To install this update, you must have Microsoft CRM version 1.0 installed.

Removal information

You cannot remove this update.

Restart requirement

If prompted, restart your Microsoft CRM server after installing this hotfix. You do not have to restart your client computer after you install this update.
