A Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.2 update is available that corrects the problem that an Activity database entry is created every time an e-mail activity is saved

In Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.2, updating an existing e-mail activity inserts an entry in the ActivityPartyBase table. Over time, this database table grows and may decrease system performance. In addition, these database entries are not removed when the Microsoft CRM Deletion Server runs. The following error appears in the application event log:

"Error: Can't clean up the following tables: Activity."
