When you use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in in Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003 and try to open the Dial-in tab in the properties of a user object, the Dial-in tab may not open. Additionally, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:

Dial-in page error.
Could not load the Dial-in profile for this user because: Access is denied.
Dial-in page initialization failed.
This issue may occur if the Local Service account does not have the correct registry permissions.
