Question: I receive the message "Not all required fields have been entered" when I try to add a part in the Service Call Entry-Parts (Transactions - Service Call Mgmt. - Service Calls - Parts)window. I can see the Unit of Measure field is blank and when I do a lookup for the Unit of Measure there is nothing to choose from. I know I have Unit of Measures set up. What could be causing this?
Answer: On a new install of the sample data (TWO Company) you will need to run a check links (File - Maintenance - Check Links) on Inventory. You will then be able to access the Unit of Measures when entering parts on a service call.
