What type of characters can and cannot be included in the FRx company name?

Only alphanumeric characters may be included in the company name and description within FRx. Any other special characters (including #, $,*, etc) will either cause error messages, or prevent all the correct data from being included in a report.

Using special characters in the company name during FRx company setup can cause the report to exclude random accounts. To prevent this, double check your company name and description in: Company - Information, to verify that no special characters are being used.
