Question:

The error A get/change operation on table 'RM_Open' failed. A record was already locked appears when I go into the Apply Sales Document window (Transactions - Sales - Apply). I am trying to select a payment to apply to an invoice. How do I fix this?

Answer:

1.Be sure you have a current, restorable backup of your databases.

2. Exit all users from eEnterprise.

3. In Query Analyzer run the following statements:

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801

DELETE tempdb..DEX_LOCK

DELETE tempdb..DEX_SESSION

4. Go back into eEnterprise and attempt to apply documents.
