When I look at my eProduct Web page (eEmployee, eRequisition, eOrder, eTimesheets, PS Time & Expense) part of the page is blank, or I do not see what I expect to see on the Web page.
Here are a list of things to check:
1. Make sure Internet Explorer is set to check for a newer version of stored pages at every visit to the page. To do this in Internet Explorer go to Tools | Internet Options. On the General Tab click on the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files section. Make sure that the Every visit to the page radio button is selected. Now click on OK to go back to the Internet Options page and then click OK to go back to Internet Explorer.
2. Remove temporary internet files to make sure the most current page is loading. To do this in Internet Explorer go to Tools | Internet Options. On the General Tab click on the Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet Files section. The Delete Files window will now be active. Click on the OK button. This process may take a few minutes. When the process is finished the Internet Options Window will be active. Click on the OK button.
3. Some Internet Explorer Hot Fixes can cause Display and Refresh Problems. Check if any new Internet Explorer Hot Fixes were applied recently. They may appear under Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
