This article describes how to find explanations of error messages for internal errors in module 1.
All errors in Navision module 1 relate to the operating system. Therefore if a Navision client reports an "Internal error XYZ in module 1", or if you find similar entries in the WinNT Event Log, you can get a full text of the error from the operating system. If the error reported was e.g. "Internal error 5 in module 1", you can from a command line use a command NET HELPMSG this way:
C:\> NET HELPMSG 5
The above command will return an explanation of internal error 5 in module 1 ("Access is denied.")
