When you start Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, or when you try to use Outlook Express 6.0 to send and receive your e-mail messages, Outlook Express 6.0 stops responding or unexpectedly quits. If Outlook Express 6.0 unexpectedly quits, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When you view the data in the error report, the report contains an error signature that is similar to the following error signature:
   Application name  Application version  Module name  Module version  Offset   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------   Msimn.exe         6.0.2800.1106        hungapp         00000000
This problem may occur when you experience heavy mail usage in Outlook Express 6.0.
This problem is fixed in the Update for Windows XP (KB900930).
