To reproduce the problem, follow these steps:
In Store Operations Manager, click Configuration on the File menu. Click the Options tab, and then click the Customer folder. Click to select the Always display find window for customers check box, and thenclick OK. On the Database menu, click Customers. Click Find Now, and then click New Search. Click one of the following: Copy, Delete, or Properties.
