The sales stage values are blank when you print the "Competitor Win Loss Detail" report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You create a Sales Process workflow rule for an Opportunity entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. You change the Opportunity sales stage to different levels and then print the Competitor Win Loss Detail report. When you print the report, the sales stage values are blank.

Removal information

To remove the hotfix, follow the steps in the "Installation information" section to reinstall the original report.

Restart requirement

If you are prompted, restart the computer after you install the hotfix.

Installation information

This hotfix contains a self-extracting package file. After you extract the contents of the package file, follow these steps to install the Competitor Win Loss Detail report on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client:
  1. Copy the extracted Competitor Win Loss Details.rdl report file to the C:\ folder on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web client.
  2. Click Workplace, and then click Reports.
  3. In the Category list, click Hidden Reports.
  4. In the Entity list, click Competitors. The Competitor Win Loss Details report is now available.
  5. Click More Actions, and then click Edit Report.
  6. In the Report: Competitor Win Loss Details window, set Report Type to File, and then click Browse.
  7. Locate the report that you copied in step 1, and then click Save and Close.
