When you install Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 or Microsoft Age of Empires III, you may receive the following error message immediately after the installation is complete:
You must accept the EULA in order to play Zoo Tycoon.
This issue may occur in either of the following scenarios:
You have Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 installed, and then you install Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species in a language that differs from your original Zoo Tycoon 2 installation. For example, you install the English version of Zoo Tycoon 2, and then you try to install the German version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species.
The Zoo Tycoon 2 or Age of Empires III End User License Agreement (EULA) is not located in the appropriate folder for the game.
