You receive a corrupted logon Web page when you try to log on to Communicator Web Access

When you try to log on to Microsoft Office Communicator Web Access, you receive a corrupted logon Web page.
This problem may occur when you run a non-English language version of Communicator Web Access when all the following conditions are true:
  • You use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.
  • You run Communicator Web Access on either of the following computers:
    • A Microsoft Windows 98-based computer
    • A Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer
  • You try to log on to an internal Communicator Web Access server that uses Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA).

    Note This problem does not occur when you try to log on to an external Communicator Web Access server.

How to obtain the update
