Microsoft Outlook 2000 stops responding when you open a subfolder from the Outlook Bar When you open a subfolder on your computer by using the My Computer shortcut on the Outlook Bar in Microsoft Outlook 2000, Outlook 2000 may stop responding (hang).
This behavior occurs when the name of the subfolder that you opened uses double-byte character set (DBCS) characters.
