A Quick Campaign associates a telephone number with contacts that do not have a telephone number in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Symptoms
If you create a Quick Campaign that includes telephone activities, a telephone number is associated with contacts that do not have a telephone number in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

The Quick Campaign function copies the telephone number of the last processed contact to the next contact that does not have a telephone number.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
