When you play back interlaced content through the Video Mixer Renderer 9 (VMR9) with DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) enabled, flickering may occur after seeking.
This problem typically occurs when you issue a seek command while you play back content. In some cases, this command can cause the timestamps of the samples to be incorrect before the sample is sent to the de-interlacer. This behavior causes the even and odd fields to become reversed.
