On a Windows XP-based computer that has Microsoft Office 2003 installed, you run an application that uses the Active Accessibility Text Services APIs to retrieve the text that is being processed. When you click What data does this error report contain? in the error box, the following information is displayed: Note This problem does not occur in the other Office applications.

This issue occurs because of an access violation in the Msaatext.dll file. This access violation occurs when the application uses the IAccClientDocMgr interface and the ItextStoreAnchor interface.
To retrieve the text that is being processed, use an application that is based on Microsoft Windows Text Services Framework.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
