Outlook 2007 supports Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6). This includes IPv6 support for the following protocols:
  • Microsoft Exchange Server remote procedure calls (RPCs)
  • Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services
  • Rich Site Summary/Really Simple Syndication (RSS)
  • Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
  • Post Office Protocol (POP)
  • Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP)
  • HTTP when it is used together with Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV)
