You install Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 and Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.0 on a server. When you use the BizTalk server to send a RosettaNet Implementation Framework (RNIF) 1.1 message, the value of the InstanceIdentifier field in the following path is different from the original transmission:
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
The original transmitting process times out.
The BizTalk server transmits the document again.
This behavior prevents your partner from correctly identifying the duplicate message.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

You have to restart BizTalk services after you apply this hotfix.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
