Text in messages is displayed in an incorrect language when you log on to your mailbox by using Outlook Web Access

This article has been archived. It is offered "as is" and will no longer be updated.
When you log on to your mailbox by using Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, the text in system messages or in "Out of Office" (OOF) messages is displayed in an incorrect language. This incorrect language is configured in the "Regional and Language Options" dialog box of the operating system that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
This problem occurs when the EXOLEDB component subscribes to the mailbox. When this condition is true, the Locale ID property of your mailbox is incorrectly set to the language that is currently configured in the "Regional and Language Options" dialog box in Exchange Server 2003.
