In Windows Vista, when you use Windows Media Center to view television, the Secondary Audio Program (SAP) may be selected as primary audio device, and you will be prevented from receiving audio in the desired language.
This problem occurs because of a problem in Windows Media Center. If the language description of an audio stream is an unsupported audio type, an incorrect stream will be selected.
