In Windows Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Internet Explorer 8.0, you can press a keyboard combination, such as ALT+F, to open a menu on the Standard toolbar. When you do this, the Standard toolbar appears under the Address bar. However, you may want the Standard toolbar to appear above the Address bar.
This article helps you move the Standard toolbar so that it is above the Address bar.
