Error message when you start SoftGrid Client Management: "MMC could not create the snap-in"

When you start SoftGrid Client Management, you receive the following error message:
MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.
Name: SoftGrid Client Management
When SoftGrid Client Management version 18.104.22.168 is installed as a part of the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server installation, the Sftxml.dll file is missing from the installation directory.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Install Microsoft SoftGrid for Windows Desktops version 22.214.171.124 on a different system,or install Microsoft SoftGrid for Terminal Services version 126.96.36.199 on a different system.
- Copy the Sftxml.dll file from the following directory of SoftGrid for Windows Desktopsor of SoftGrid for Terminal Services:
%ProgramFiles%\Softricity\<SoftGrid for Windows Desktops or SoftGrid for Terminal Servers>
- Paste the copy of the Sftxml.dll file in the following directory of SoftGrid Virtual Application Server:
%ProgramFiles%\Softricity\SoftGrid Client Management Console
