Error message when you try to start an application in SoftGrid Client: "The application cannot be launched or loaded because the connection to the SoftGrid Server was lost. Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx04-0000042A"

When you try start an application in Microsoft SoftGrid Client, the application does not start. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not launch
application_name. The application cannot be launched or loaded because the connection to the SoftGrid Server was lost. Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx04-0000042A
This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
The application's Feature Block 1 (FB1) is not loaded into cache. The SoftGrid Client's network connection is disabled.
