When you try to add a user as an optional attendee or as a required attendee to an appointment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you receive the following error message:
You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft CRM object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your system administrator.
General Failure in scheduling engine.
Access Is Denied.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The user whom you try to add is not the owner of the appointment.
- The user whom you try to add does not have sufficient permissions to attend the appointment.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
